I am someone who has always been dealing with the troubles of frizzy hair and what’s even worse is when curly hair like mine is just washed or has been blow dried. I honestly look like I have a halo!

This is quite an obvious one, ain’t it? Well, since hair is excessively wet after a shower, I tested to see how well and how effectively these towels absorbed the water.

Like I mentioned earlier, my 4A black curls have always been prone to frizziness post-shower and hence, I chose this parameter to see to what extent the towel would reduce my hair frizziness.

Pricing:

This aspect will look into the pricing of the product and consider whether it was worth the price I paid or not, in comparison to results I obtained.

The Perfect Haircare Hair Towel Wrap

Does this hair towel actually live up to its brand name and give you “The Perfect Haircare”? Well, it for sure does!

This microfiber towel really made my curls look amazing after they dried.

Even with my hair soaking wet, I used this towel to plop my hair and within 15 minutes, I found that my hair was almost dry! Thereafter, I simply let it air dry for the rest of the time. I didn’t use a blow dryer at all.

The towel is really lightweight and doesn’t feel heavy on the head; also it fits well on the head and doesn’t fall off.

The towel needs to be pre-washed before the first use. Well, what I noticed is that even after the first use, I chose to wash the towel separately (thankfully I did that!) and the towel did bleed quite a bit, which was disappointing.

I paid $20.99 for this towel and since it was on an overall a good product and it did reduce my frizz too, I didn’t mind paying the price for it. But slightly overpriced in my opinion.

YFONG Hair Towel Wrap

The reason I decided to buy this towel is because of its size. Well, I had grown out my hair up till my mid-back and my previous towel didn’t fit all my hair in it.

Well, this towel is really huge, but what I liked is that it wasn’t too heavy. It wraps up all my long hair well and also comes with an elastic band at the back which holds the towel in place without it tilting and unfurling.

The absorbency of this towel is very powerful and it dries my hair very quickly. It dries hair very evenly and that was a good aspect. Also, the fact that it helped reduce my frizziness, made me super happy.

The towel costed me $21.24, which is slightly on the higher side, but since it worked well on my hair and suited my hair length as well, I felt it was worth it for me.

So this is another towel that I tried out when my hair was long (up to my mid-back, in length). The size of the towel is large and suited my long hair very well as it fit all my hair in without a hassle.

The towel has a really good absorbency power and makes the hair drying process very easy.

One thing that I noticed is that the color advertised is black, but the product got is a dark shade of blue. Nevertheless, it didn’t make much of a difference to me, as I found it negligible.

I paid $15.95 for this hair towel and I can really vouch for it! It was light on my head, treated my curls with royalty, reduced my frizziness and defined my curls like never before.

The fabric of this towel too is really soft and very smooth to touch as well. Very impressive product.

M-bestl Hair Drying Towels

I bought this towel as a set of two pieces and I paid just $11.98 for it, quite worth the price and here’s why!

The towel is light and comes with a button and loop, so it is easy to fasten and remains snugly on the hair as well.

But in terms of absorbency, I wouldn’t say it was very powerful, but pretty much gets the job done.

I liked the fabric as it was soft and was very mild on my curls. It helped get rid of my frizz to a considerable extent, but didn’t really define my curls per say.

Overall, I would say it is an above-average product and worth its price, but there are other better towels out there which you can consider buying if it suits your budget.

YFONG Hair Towel with Button

This was my second buy of this brand YFONG. The first buy was super good and hence I knew this brand wouldn’t disappoint me.

I bought this towel as a set of 3 for the price of $12.99, which I’d say was really very reasonable.

The towel has many benefits from good absorbency, to frizz reduction and better definition of curls and therefore, I’d definitely say it was worth the price.

It also comes with a button and an elastic loop, which helps tightly secure the towel on the head without it falling off.

But what I didn’t like is that after constant use and many washes of this towel (I put it directly in my machine), the elastic of the loop enlarges. So, the button doesn’t fit too perfectly once it enlarges and I had to stitch the loop to make it smaller and then use it. So this was a little disappointing.

On an overall basis, I feel like the product had many benefits and was worth the price.

Pros:

· Made of good quality fabric.

· Helps reduce frizziness and defines curls better.

· Comes with a button and elastic to secure the towel around the head.

· Has a good absorbency power.

· The set of towels is priced reasonably and is worth the price paid.

As a curly-haired woman, dealing with hair frizz would always be a nightmare for me. Well, after I made the switch to using a good quality microfiber towel to dry my hair after a shower, it reduced my frizziness considerably and I have never been happier!
